One down 89 to go
Well I built a chin-up bar from 3/4 inch plumbing pipe and got it finished in time for my first workout- chest and back- Note to self- don't eat so close to workout or nausea will ensue...
I got through the workout but by the end, I couldn't do any diamond or under the fence push-ups- I was spent. I managed half of the ab ripper X before retreating to the kitchen for my protein shake(27.95 at wal-mart... strawberry/banana: dee-lish!) I could hardly open the container I was so sore!
It's plyometrics today, so maybe skipping supper and doing it earlier will help.
All the holiday treats make it difficult to stay on track with eating, but it's been -6 this week, so the warmth factor should burn off those extra calories!~
