One week down- 12 to go


OK- this week was tough-
tues- plyometrics: do-able but I don't have the flexibility (yet) to do the low hamstring stuff.

wed- I did the full ab-ripper x and it made me cry I was in so much pain...

thurs, I was so sore all over that I considered skipping the 90 min yoga session, but it was exactly what I needed and I had a moment of extreme clarity that I could DO this thing and it will be enjoyable.

fri- legs and back- only able to do 5 pull-ups- my goal for mon is 8!

sat- My kids joined me for kenpo x today and we had so much fun - they see me being committed and want to join in- we've been tobogganing every day since wed so I've been getting lots of quad work climbing the hills!

...so I look forward to a day off tomorrow, but I'll go for a run- I start my triathalon training jan 18th so I need to get a good base going.

Hi Dereck,

Yeah i quit P90x but i am traning 5 to 6 times a week. I just didnt have what i need to complete p90x.

I do now so might continue in the new year....

keep it up its a long journey but can be completed if you put your mind to it.
