I thought recover meant stretch not blow my nose!!
Well I was better for about a week when I got sick AGAIN... I also had some calf pain half way around Inland lake and had to walk/hobble the last 6 km.
P90x has left the building- after all this stuff I have little motivation for much else...
This week I am DETERMINED to stay the course...
sun- run 30 min 5 km easy / swim : wu-200, main-2x400 1x 500, 2x100 sprint, 200cd
mon- bike trainer 70 min(20:80 hard:easy) run 30 mins 5 km
tues- swim 200 wu, 1200 main rpe 7, 200 cd
wed- run 10km -50 mins
thurs- swim wu: 200, main 8x50, 2x200, cd 200 bike: spinervals 45 min + hockey
fri- rest
sat- bike : zelinski rd- 40km
sun-run- 15 km swim- 200 wu, main-2000m 200 cd
